Founder, and Managing Director
Christopher Appel is the Founder, and Managing Director, of Appel Consulting Solutions, LLC. Mr. Appel graduated from Texas A&M University with a BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He joined ConocoPhillips upon graduation, and relocated to Odessa, TX where he worked as an operations engineer focusing on drill bit efficiencies, recompletions, and compression for oil and gas wells in the Permian Basin. He then transferred to Houston, TX, where he focused on field re-developments, reserves analysis, economic evaluations, non-operated joint ventures, and managing offshore fields in the Permian Basin, San Juan Basin, Maverick Basin, and Gulf of Mexico. In 2011, Christopher accepted an Operations Engineering & Supervisor position with Pantera Energy focusing on the western Texas Panhandle, and soon became the Director of Operations for Pantera Energy’s assets in the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles. In 2013, Mr. Appel started a sole-proprietor consulting business focusing on clients with interests in the Mid-Continent and Appalachian Regions. Christopher officially formed Appel Consulting Solutions, LLC, in 2014. Subsequently, the company has delivered successful results to Operators, Investors, Law Firms, and Mineral Interest Owners across the nation.
